Tanya joined the Board of Trustees in 2022.

She is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Northampton with a responsibility for Early Years.  Her research interests, and doctoral studies, focus on the area of speech and language development, and the impact of the environment, for children. Previously, Tanya owned and managed a 56 place ‘outstanding’ day nursery, adding the leadership and management of an organisation to her skillset. 

Tanya brings her knowledge and experience to support the Trust in providing a high quality care and education experience for all children and their families.
