He is a Finance Director with over 20 years' experience across several sectors, currently working in the railway industry where he has held a range of senior finance, business planning and transformation roles. Sean brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, analysis, governance and organisational change. He is passionate about widening opportunities for young people and believes that high-quality education can be transformative in shaping future life chances.
