Grishma has an established career in school leadership and joined Campfire as a Member in 2022.

Her proven track record for school improvement includes leading a school to Ofsted ‘outstanding’, sitting on the Interim Executive Board of a failing school to drive the improvement required and acting as seconded Headteacher to support schools with their strategic journeys. She is also a part-time school improvement advisor for the Bucks Learning Trust.

Grishma is passionate about the education of the children in today’s society. She believes that the school community has a duty to ensure that every child reaches their true academic potential, at the same time as being well rounded individuals who are ready to move on to the next phase of their education.
