Elfrida Hamilton-Russell is Chief Impact Officer at the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC), where she leads work on organisational impact, leadership and learning. She has extensive experience in strategy, sustainability, organisational change and leadership development, working with individuals and organisations to build capability and deliver positive change.

Prior to UKGBC, Elfrida spent over 20 years at Shell in senior international roles spanning sustainability, finance, organisational learning and transformation. A qualified management accountant, she brings a combination of commercial, strategic and people-focused experience, alongside a strong commitment to learning, leadership and creating positive social impact.
