Katharine joined the Trust in March 2024. This is her first Trustee role and she is an active member of the Board and the People and Pay Committee for Campfire. Katharine is currently the Director of Talent, Performance and Development at Sainsbury's and she has over 25 years extensive experience of working in a variety of industries and organisations. With a young daughter in her local primary school, Katharine is keenly aware of the important role that a Trust plays and is passionate about helping Campfire achieve its vision. Outside of work, Katharine lives a busy family life and enjoys keeping fit and spending time with friends.
