Rebecca began her secondment as EYFS Lead Practitioner in December 2023. Prior to joining Lace Hill in October 2023 as Reception class teacher and Early Years Leader, Rebecca led Early Years units in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire over her 16 years of teaching. Rebecca has BA Hons in Primary Education with QTS. She has a wide range of experience in transforming indoor and outdoor learning environments. Early Years is Rebecca’s passion ensuring that all children get the best start in their educational journey. Having a wealth of knowledge on child development and quality interactions enables her to create a learning environment where every child reaches their full potential. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys Pilates, reading and exploring the outdoors.
