Caroline joined the Trust Board from the outset in 2013, having previously served as a school governor, primarily at Bourton Meadow Academy, for nine years. 

In her professional life, Caroline works in Human Resources and has undertaken senior HR roles in both the private and public sector. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. 

Having grown up within one of our Campfire communities, Caroline is passionate about the local opportunities on offer to young people across the Trust.
